Deb limits her practice to the area of Estate Planning, where she designs individual estate plans that address the unique circumstances of each of her clients.  Deb listens to her clients to understand their financial and personal concerns, and then she takes the time to explain the estate planning options available to address these concerns.  The result of this combination of personal attention and substantive knowledge is an estate plan that meets each client’s needs and that the client actually understands.

Deb currently serves on the boards of RETS College Paralegal Program, the Montgomery County Animal Resource Center, and the Wellness Community.  She is a past president of the Humane Society of Greater Dayton, and her abiding passion is animal welfare.  She was named the Humane Society’s 2006 Honoree for her work in this area.

Deb was admitted to the Ohio bar and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio in 1988.  She received her B.A. in Education, cum laude, from West Virginia University in 1973 and her M.B.A. from Wright State University in 1985.  She received her J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Dayton in 1988, where she was the Managing Editor of the Law Review and a Berry Scholar.  Deb is a member of the Dayton and Ohio State Bar Associations.  She is married to local CPA and attorney, Gary Hunt, and they have two children and six grandchildren, all living in the Dayton area.
